  Unfortunately, it is no longer what the bank once was. Appointments must be made in Wennigsen, even if you want to go to your locker. The remaining cash withdrawal machine is constantly broken. The only contact person for spontaneous questions is via the hotline. Customer service looks different.

  Unfriendly, insulting and above all incompetent employees. They lose documents, then cancel the planned appointments and then threaten to close their account if the customer cannot keep an offered follow-up appointment because, for example, they have to work and cannot take another day off because of the employees' incompetence. The processes seem to be from the 1800s, nothing is digital, everything has to be done on paper. It is not possible to print the required documents on site, so another department supposedly has to help. As a customer, you are portrayed as the stupid one, even though you are willing to sacrifice your free time because of the disorganization of the employees. Impossible bank. One wishes that this branch would follow the trend and close down.
