::Mr. C, customer “advisor”/customer support, is pretty cheeky. Wants to tell the customer how to use their account. As long as there is a salary receipt, the bank can/should not care at all how the customer uses “his” account. No wonder why direct banks are becoming more popular and traditional banks and their branches are slowly dying out. Btw real-time transfers still cost! (as of January 2024)

::The level of rudeness here is unbelievable. We had made an appointment to open an account, it was postponed and on the newly agreed date I stood in the branch and was told that the lady was on vacation. I don't understand how you can make appointments if the consultant has entered vacation there? Not to mention the lady at reception, I've rarely seen such a rude woman. She answers the simplest questions with such arrogance, as if she owned the entire branch. I understand that you often feel annoyed after a long day at work, but if you have so little control over yourself that you take it out on potential customers, you might want to look for a position other than that of "information" or "advisor". . It's a real shame that the service has deteriorated so much, things were different a few years ago. The reviews speak for themselves, my tip to you: if it's still possible, look for another bank. This one takes "We do it “clear the way” too seriously.

::Unfortunately, the customer service at Volksbank Worms has changed and our new advisor, Ms. R. H., is a complete disappointment. This is where incompetence and inability meet. The bank has probably said goodbye to good customer service.
