::The service on site and the colleagues on the phone are great, but it would give it 5 stars! The TAN procedure is the worst disaster! Something is permanently blocked or you can't get any further and you have to wait days for this unlock code ... I have never experienced such a bad procedure, I hope the Volksbank will finally take care of this matter.

::Issues were always resolved. Short-term appointments were also possible. When I had problems with online banking, I was always given quick help. Not like with other banks to send a lot of paperwork by post with a new TAN and etc. until it works.

::To fix negative points on a single fact is inadequate. Savings week chaotic ??? Think there are other problems than waiting times .... Everything costs money. ??? People, a bank also has to do business, hardly anything is earned with loan fees / interest. You should see it as a whole. I think the bank is excellent. I realized a mammoth project here, which probably couldn't be implemented anywhere else. I am happy to pay one or the other fee for this, or wait in line during the savings week. I would give the whole team a medal :)
