  I've been with the bank for several years, both privately and commercially. Have a fixed AP for both and I am very satisfied. Sometimes it is a bit difficult after the reception at the counter, but the team in general is well trained, friendly and nice. I often noticed how the bank employees accompany customers to the machines and help. You hardly see that at other banks.

  Architecturally very attractive branches. Great view of the Kesselbrink and a very clever reference to home Bielefeld, Gütersloh and OWL is made. 👍
