  Die Mitarbeiter gehen zu 0 Prozent auf Kundenwünsche ein. Des weiteren wird man von jedem Mitarbeiter über den Tisch gezogen. Auf Probleme die man hat wird gar nicht eingegangen, die Mitarbeiter scheinen sich gar nicht für den Kunden zu interessieren. Hier wird nach dem Motto ''solange der Kunde noch nicht kündigen kann nehmen wir ihn richtig aus' gearbeitet. Der Shop ist auf keinen Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Am besten einen großen Bogen um ihn machen!

  Nice place. But Vodafone is expensive.

  I will advise people not to go there. They deceived me by making me sign up to something that I said 'no' to by being all nice and friendly. Especially, if you cannot speak German you are their target. I called their help desk to activate a 'GigaCube' box (which the agent sold to me saying it was 1 euro and it comes with the contract I am buying with a one time cost of 1 euro) - and the customer service told me that the agent could have sold you your phone contract without the Gigacube and now you are paying 25 euros per month for that. Which I didn't know I was. These people are not reliable.

  I do all my Vodafone thing's here, very friendly and helpful.
