Falsch vom Mitarbeiter beraten.

Was sold a wifi contract and assured that the signal was amazing in our area and our allowance was more than enough to last the month. Allowance didn't last 2 hours and our signal was really bad. Asked to extend our allowance at the price of €5 extra. Was told it was no problem but once I signed the contract it became apparent that they'd created an entire new contract and I would be paying over €70 per month for minimal wifi. Not possible to cancel any contract. Called Vodafone for help and was told to "live with it". Legal action will follow. Don't use Vodafone.

Be warned - Get everything in writing. If you do not want Insurance, ensure they mark it on the page and make an initial next to it. After buying 2 phones on 24mth contract we were offered 1 Euro tablet. No extra costs for 24mth with free internet. after first few bills we saw we were being changed 6 Euro per month and all our phones suddenly had insurance. We went to the store and the assured us they would fix it and give us a credit.. Several more trips to the store, lots of stress .. We will never use Vodafone again.
