  In my opinion and from my experience, Vodafone are nothing but a group of stupid people!!! My wife signed a contract two weeks ago for internet connection, the equipment never arrived!!! When we called to ask they told us that we have TWO contracts!!! So, we have two contracts but NO internet connection!!! If I could, I would change to Telekom. Never use Vodafone, they are the dummiest company in the whole world !!!

  I was lied to regarding the date for termination of my contract, and called a lier when confronted them. The staff was awfully unprofessional and even joked about “my feelings”. Also argued that there were “cultural differences” and that is the way things are done in Germany. This was without doubt the most horrible customer experience I have had. Period.

  Inside Alexa shopping center. I had to pay 25 Euro to start using pre-paid with Vodafone. 10 Euro gets you just 750MB, which is just OK for me. Long wait for service though - about 15 minutes to get someone to help.
