::Can’t understand good reviews (I travel 150 days a year for work): everything is low quality, old, dirty/old stains in room, bad food, no gym/AC/service etc -> cannot be 4 stars Just not a Place you want to sleep. Problem is, other hotels in Coburg are even worse. Maybe try to stay in Bamberg if you have to stay in this area. Attached picture of carpet in my room.

::We had a wonderful and relaxing time. We love the varieties available at breakfast. I love the decor - never knew Grey & orange can be matched but it works as combined in Vienna House. The staff were helpful and friendly as well. If you love your tea & coffee please request for a room with kettle & mugs or you will have to make trips out of your room to get it. All in all its a beautiful hotel and highly recommended

::We loved the plants you could "adopt" for the duration of the stay. The breakfast was plentiful, delicious & varied. The room was spacious & quiet. The staff were all very friendly & helpful, including allowing us to move our "no refund" booking to a later date because of illness. A fitness room would've been nice. The charge for the underground car park is slightly annoying, given there is no on-street parking near the hotel.
