  Im großen und ganzen ganz gut und nett... Ich finde aber das die Preise z.b krallenschneiden zu überteuert sind 14 euro für Krallen schneiden ist arg viel

  Sehr kompetentes (bei unserem Kater wurde eine seltene Erkrankung schnell diagnostiziert und erfolgreich behandelt) und immer - egal wie voll das Wartezimmer ist - sehr freundliches und geduldiges Team.

  Sehr kompetente und freundliche Tierärztinnen und Mitarbeiterinnen. Sie haben mir in vielen schwierigen und fast aussichtslosen Situationen geholfen und meinen Meerschweinchen geht es trotz ihres hohen Alters dank der tollen tierärztlichen Betreuung immernoch bestens!

  We came with a dermatological problem with the dog. They said wrong diagnose and sold us medicine that didn't help, the case became worse. We emailed them and they proposed us to come again that day. They knew from the beginning we were going to have a dog show soon. So we came again - and they asked us to come again later to take a skin sample because it's bad to take a sample before show, but still took the money again for that unhelpful visits. The most unfortunate is that we lost much time for incorrect treatment, and the case became worse during it. The clinic said that they thought that the disease was something different and hasn't seen the problem that they thought wrongly
