  Maybe it should be closed here on Google Maps. I was just there and pointed to the sign on the door in a rude way. For everyone else who should go there now: This UPS Access Point is closed to the public until further notice. UPS returns will not be accepted or issued. A hotline has to be called, which is chargeable.

  There should be an option to give less than a star. I have never encountered such unfriendly service. The guy behind the counter needs to be trained in basic etiquette, manners and behavior towards customers. He should be fired and if that's his own shop then he should close it and sit at home.

  Anyone who has always wanted to experience really bad customer service must definitely go here! Unfriendly, not very helpful and also, unfortunately, a bit very "simply knitted", not that bright, so the lamps are, but unfortunately not the employee's head. If you don't like people, maybe just work better in a warehouse.

  Extremely unfriendly employees, very poor customer service, shouldn't officially be a representative of UPS, that damages the image a lot!

  Even in difficult times like the current Corona crisis, you should treat a customer like a customer and not like an annoying supplicant. Nowhere on the internet is it to be read that the shop is currently not accepting any parcels, so I ask you not to be blown at during a visit "it would be at the door". Incidentally, you should at least hang the sign in question so high that a person can read it and not just a dachshund.
