  I had to visit the emergency due to problems with my stomach. The hospital employs students who can't even do a proper channeling. Did two channels before a final channel was done. Went there twice due to blood in my vomit and acid reflux. All they did was do the same blood tests and gave me the same medicine which had previously stop working, without any proper advice. Very bad, would not recommend

  I do have a negative experience with the emergency service. I understand, it's really hard for them to manage random and huge number of patients but few people whoever sitting in reception - you must patiently behave with everyone as they visit emergency when they have serious issues. I had to wait 8 long hours as they were having trouble to sort out patients. The pathetic part I saw severely ill elderly people were lying in bed on the corridor left alone. I literally felt crying when I saw their helpless poor face. I know how difficult it is to handle too many patients but please be organised for elderly people. I must appreciate the department I was , Inner medicine ll (endocrinology) , all of them are really caring. I do have previous experience of being in hospital for several days but I found this team is extremely proficient and well behaved. I went completely unprepared but the way they took care of me , I didn't feel uncomfortable I don't have complaints against doctors as they tried their best to help me but emergency service should be more organized and lively. Specifically in reception, if you can't speak English then ask for someone who can assist you. You people creating a negative image of UKH, otherwise the hospital service is really good and foods are tasty 😋 .

  Today I went to this hospital to have an appointment for seeing a gynaecologist. Haaey wait , you know what happened? Ok I will the full story . I am bleeding for 3 weeks . that is my periods starts on august 6th and continues till this time. A girl well knows that situation. It’s frustrating carrying a pad for whole time until the end of Menstruation. I was just ignoring my health condition that it’s very difficult to see a doctor in Germany.but today I was hell out of this earth.I went to reception section of gynaecology department. She told me to go to emergency department. Oke fine . It’s emergency. So I followed her instruction. When I went to emergency dept . She told me to see the normal department and take appointment. What the hell, I just went back to department which I visited first time. That lady who told me to go to emergency department got angry with me . She was not understanding my situation. She treated me like a chapp on the floor . She raised her voice and was very rude with me. I don’t understand why she was like that. Hey hospital staffs , you won’t understand the situation of an international student who is away from their home and studying here. In case of mine, I have to go to work, I have to look after myself . We are all humans . It’s just a difference of skin tone . What organs you have are same exact that I also we have .stop racism . Be kind to everyone. Today I went 4 hospitals in a row. Even my personal doctor’s referral is not taking by any hospital staff. Be kind to every patient please. It’s my request. If you are in stress , please don’t show that to a patient.

  Highly recommended hospital ,all staffs from doctors,nurses are very friendly and so comfortable to talk .very clean and comfortable hospital.

  Good place for treatment beside heide sud campus.
