::I would prefer not to give a star. I had an appointment at 11 a.m. for a swallowing echo. It didn't start until 2 p.m. because they didn't have a doctor to provide written information... then at 3 p.m. I was finished and was pushed into the hallway. Nobody came until 4 p.m. When I asked, I was told that no one was there anymore and I could go home. I should make an appointment to discuss it. Since I come from Bremen, have 2 children and work, it is of course very easy We left this catastrophic clinic at 4:10 p.m. So I'm looking for another clinic, I don't want to have an operation here.

::Well if that isn't something great, brilliant ward staff, nice, conscientious and quick despite the stress. Doctors very young but what I experienced was completely satisfactory from my side. Ablation of the left ventricle! P.S. And first of all the anesthesia staff, delightful! 😀

::I am absolutely thrilled with the UHZ, everything is organized and the processes are quick! The nurses, orderlies, doctors and medical transport staff were all so friendly, even though they have a hard job! I would like to thank everyone who helped my heart feel better again! What I would like to mention is that it was absolutely clean! Other hospitals can learn a lesson from this 👌🏼

::I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews. I had an operation there and at first it was back and forth. I was supposed to go in earlier than planned, but that wasn't a bad thing. I felt like I was in good hands. It is not a climate like in typical hospitals. More like a family. The nurses and doctors are incredibly nice. Nobody likes to be there but I found it difficult to go there. I will definitely come back as soon as something happens to my heart. Despite being laid off, someone is always available to answer my questions. Top. Best hospital I've been to

::It's feel like hotel or guesthouse and definitely not as stationar or hospital. Nice and helpful staff, doctors explain everything. Free wi-fi, comfortable bad. Also good kitchen, especially in Cardiology.
