  With my experience as a visitor or patient and things like that, I'll tell you my experience. They are great and full of respect and understanding, with all services such as appointments or emergencies or visitors. Top hygiene and concern with all equipment. What I'm interested in?? The perfect treatments and therapy. Everyone works actively and tries to show what they can best, like doctors and siblings. With different topics and also language. What you can complain about is: Sometimes you have to wait for a long time, I hope that needs to be changed. With foreigners people please ask the hospital to try to provide a bit of understanding of the language and help as possible. In my comments I update the feedback every few months and I write the truth of what I have seen or heard or asked people. Keep it up and get better too. Good luck.👍

  My son (3 months) and I recently went for a planned operation at the University Hospital, House 21, Ward S2. We were admitted the day before for explanations and examinations, which also took place in the afternoon. Anesthesia information very detailed and detailed. Any questions were answered in a friendly manner. The patient admission was relatively chaotic - despite telephone requests to organize things, we were sent back and forth to the house when we arrived, of course with full luggage. The recording colleague repeatedly mentioned that it could take a while because she was alone, despite the fixed recording date. Disappointment in the organization of the room: the two-bed room was okay - but the "bed" resembled a sofa box model that stood 30cm above the floor and that you had to move into yourself. Not possible to sleep on it. And unhygienic and disgusting, with hair and foam pieces hanging on the bed linen and curtains. We even discovered hair on the children's bed linen. The operation was planned and took place at the predicted time. As parents, we also had the opportunity to go along until shortly before the operation and then say goodbye and were then allowed to pick up our son from the recovery room. Until then, two young nurses accompanied us there. The way to get there was such that the people mentioned above walked in front of us, didn't talk to us, but talked about how many children have died in the clinic recently! Simply disrespectful! In general, the nursing staff had little empathy towards our caring parents and we received "stuffy" answers to our questions several times, even though we were so often left empty and unconscious. Unfortunately, on the day of the operation, no surgeon/operator came to see us again to explain to us how the operation generally went. Unfortunately, to our dismay, this was the case until we were released. A medical colleague only looked at the surgical area and the wound suture on the second postoperative day (the day of discharge). We only received information about postoperative aftercare and care when we asked. Other defects: Quality standard questionable given the supposed inspection date of the extraction last year and an additional thick layer of dust on it. The selected meal composition was incorrect and not as ordered. The enclosed meal plan in the room was from 2021. Diaper size 2 was generally not available. According to the nursing staff, the option of a single room/moving to another room was not possible.

  We were very satisfied with everything...medical advice, friendliness, professional expertise... During our hospital stay we were on the KCH S2 ward. We felt very well looked after. The staff was empathetic and took time for us and our concerns - despite stressful everyday work in clinics - unfortunately this is no longer a given. This clinic is worth recommending in every respect. Thanks to the whole team

  We are more than satisfied with this clinic... we were hospitalized again on January 16, 2022 to January 24, 2022 because my son had his 3rd operation. Top doctors and nurses made us feel very comfortable in the clinic and taken seriously. We got answers to all of our questions and situations The nurses on the ITS are also very nice, helpful and completely fine. I was very satisfied there too. Highly recommended this clinic and would recommend it again and again... 😊👍

  We were hospitalized in ward S1 of pediatric surgery for the past 4 days because of our son's broken arm and were very satisfied. There was a friendly tone, the little patients were cared for lovingly and the parents always had an open ear. We would like to thank you very much for that!
