::Since we moved to the 4th floor of an apartment building (beautiful old building without a lift), we had to use an outside elevator to move in! That was a few years ago and we were very satisfied. We also rented the van there. When we moved out it was immediately clear that we wanted a smooth repetition. It should turn out differently, however. In the morning we got a call that the outside elevator was unfortunately rented twice ... great! The "nice" man with the elevator only came 2 hours after the agreed appointment and brought concentrated competence! After no less than 25 minutes and the almost complete destruction of the lawn, the elevator was up and we could start. Since the best comes at the end, here is our highlight! The TWS company now charges a flat rate for the journey! Then of course the time when the elevator is in operation! (With us minus the 25 minutes! Although you could have taken admission for this play ...) And a flat rate for the descent! Since we don't really care what the elevator does after the work is done, an absurdity! But he probably drives to the next customer and collects twice ... In our eyes a merciless rip-off and therefore worth an entry!

::For the transport of furniture I needed a van, since I live in Magdeburg Cracau, it was clear that I would go where I live and it was a good thing. I needed the van over the weekend, a few days before I made the reservation. As I walked into the hallway, I was greeted by a nice member of staff and asked my reason. I explained everything to him and we came to an agreement. The van was in the yard on time and in a clean condition, everything was explained to me, the documents were well prepared and available. Just like the handover, the acceptance went well. I was very satisfied with the all-round service, the price corresponded to my expectations, I also got a top car 🚗, a Mercedes with automatic. Thank you Mr. FLAK, for the great service, an employee that every boss has to be proud of, if I were private, I would poach him. Thanks always TWS
