::We moved in April 10 with top moves and were very satisfied. Even the carton delivery went well. The men were super nice and worked quickly. Many thanks also to the office, which has adapted itself to us. Since my husband already worked in Berlin and I still had the three children, the top moves have even helped us pack the boxes. ::Had we only read the review before! We can only join our predecessor. It happened to us today (29.4.13) as well. Also we should move with a 3.5 ton van with 2 people without tools. Demand from the management showed that we should not worry, everything will be transported. The insurance will pay for damages. What an argument? We sent people home and took another company. So, keep your hands off this very questionable company. They are absolutely unprofessional and amateur. ,

::I'm really wondering about the negative entries. At least I can not confirm this. I moved from Munich to Berlin last weekend with top moves. Everything went as previously agreed. The team from Top Umzüge arrived punctually at 8 o'clock on Saturday morning at my old apartment in Munich and started immediately. Although there were only 2 employees, the whole load of the truck went faster than expected. You immediately noticed that they are professional relocation helpers and they also know what you are doing. The arrival in Berlin also worked smoothly and on Sunday morning the truck was unloaded immediately. This time it was 4 employees of the moving company and so it went very quickly, although I moved to the 5th Floor and there is no elevator. Compared to Munich moving companies I could really save money. I had already compared several Berlin and Munich removal companies in advance and the Munich companies really had much higher prices. Also many Berlin moving companies have demanded higher prices and so I had decided then for top removals. My good feeling, what I had from the beginning, was fortunately confirmed. I like to recommend top moves. Many greetings to the top removal team and the nice big column leader. Friedrich Ullmann.

::We have a young couple my wife got pregnant about friends of top removals. Before we had to move from Berlin because of work, we had to do 3 different transports. We ordered top removals with it and everything worked very well, the transports as well as the storage in Berlin. Due to our good experience with top moves, we would like to hire the removal company again at any time.

::We moved from Berlin to Duisburg in November 2011 and everything went as planned. A nice employee from Top Umzüge came into our old apartment and looked at the things. Then she made us a good offer during the visit, which included all of our wishes such as dismantling and assembly and also moving boxes. In addition, the offer was even cheaper than all the offers we had previously got. After we had decided on top removals, we were quickly given an appointment for the delivery of the moving boxes and our moving date was confirmed. Right on time on the day of the move, 4 strong employees from Top Umzüge were at my door and started the move straight away. Even my piano wasn't a problem, even though I lived on the fourth floor in an old building without a lift. The piano was even wrapped in foil so that nothing happens in the narrow stairwell. The transport to Duisburg also worked out great. The next morning, as previously agreed, our things were delivered to Duisburg. Fortunately, we only moved to the 2nd floor there. The assembly was just as good as the dismantling and after a few hours everything was in the right place and the cabinets etc. were neatly assembled. You really noticed that the employees at Top Removals are professionals and not just do it now and then. We have not regretted having commissioned Top Removals and can really only recommend this company! It was just a smooth, good move.
