::Really great service from the staff in the waiting room, even with the chaos of Covid. Sometimes there's a long wait but that is to be expected. The vet was really helpful and honest in treating my cat. They offer service in English too which helps as my German is not great yet. The vet and the assistant were really kind, patient, and gentle with my cat. The only tiny downside is their card machine only accepts EC karte which is a bummer!

::Awesome vet. Friendly staff, they can communicate in English as well which is great for people new in the city. Nice and gentle with my cats, had vaccinations and neutering done for them here and have been really happy with treatment and approaches.
