  I called and asked if there was a veterinarian oncologist at the clinic and I was told that it was. So, I made an appointment with an "oncologist". Arriving at the clinic, my cat was attended by a general veterinarian who said he was not an oncologist and indicated another clinic for my cat to treat cancer. The service is good, the vet who attended my cat is kind and speaks Portuguese, but the clinic must be careful with the information given over the phone, because it cost us time, money and stress on my cat, who will now need to go to another appointment in another clinic.

  We could see our dog getting examined through the window, hence the photo :) This was our first time visiting a vet in Germany with our viszla (after she vomited a few times through the night). We called in and were able to get an appointment very promptly. The staff was professional and very friendly, and overall we are very happy with the experience. One note - we weren't able to pay with the card which is not very inconvenient, especially considering this place is often dealing with expensive emergency appointments. Card payments should be a standard by now, especially during COVID. Other than that, highly recommend this very clinic!

  I think they were helpful when something happened to your pet and needs treatments urgently because it opens 24h. The cost is just too expensive and they are too busy. I would prefer more friendly and local vet.

  Charged us 50 € for a 2 kg bag of food... excuse? Emergency rate and wouldn't even put it on the ticket.... shame

  Been coming here for over a year, needed an emergency vet then and this one was a) open and b) offered service in English. After that excellent care we switched to this vet for our other cat as well. Could not be happier! Strongly recommend it.
