  The parking machine did not accept any tickets or the collection was defective, card payment options were not even available. With change the costs i. H. v. I couldn't manage 90 €. The contact person at the end of the phone line was anything but helpful and simply cut off the phone call prematurely. If the security guard hadn't come up to me to help, I would still be standing in this underground today ...

  It's surprisingly cheap underground parking for Berlin (1€/hour) and it is surprisingly empty on entry but then nearly all of the spots (I'd say over 90%) are reserved for one company or the other. So, basically, parking at the risk of getting towed explains the cheap rate. Just close it to the public ok?
