::Good bathroom layout. Same for the room. Super comfortable bed! Good staff, not too intrusive. This is for the 3rd floor. I cannot comment on the other room categories.

::Rooms are clean and big but that might also be because I got a free upgrade by being an Spg member. Nevertheless, the bed was super comfy and I usually don’t sleep well in hotels. Good location for shopping in Berlin. Breakfast also had a ton of options so that was nice. The coffee could be improved though. Overall really great experience!

::It is a really good hotel in a great location, walking distance to many museums and tourist attractions. In addition there is a metro right outside the hotel as well. I stayed in a Deluxe room which is decent size and the bed is great. Why only 4 stars? Bathroom only has a tub with one third covered by a glass separation meaning taking a good shower is hard. Also, the hotel charges 8 euros for using the sauna but the sauna area wasn't that good or clean.

::Starting with the quality of the facilities, following with the superb treatment from the staff and finishing with delicious meals, this hotel deserves a good review. Almost everything in this place is thought, planned and very well prepared for the joy of the customer. Very beautiful lobby, comfortable rooms and many details make this hotel a luxurious building full of charm. HOWEVER, everything is not as good as it seems, mainly due to the price, basically you have to pay for every step you take, from the internet, which is not free, unless you are in the lobby to the renting of trainers to do some exercise. The only downside of this place, is that apart from the price that you kindly pay for your room, you will be charge for many other services offered by them. Quite annoying if you mind the price. On the contrary, if you do not care about the money, then this is your hotel

::Professional staff with outstanding politeness. A great grand hotel with a fine flair. Nice pool to swim to relax after strolling through the streets of Berlin. The location is perfect. Try to get a new room. Oh - and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I ever saw. And I saw a lot.-))
