  I found a jacket on TNF Berlin Mitte with 50% discount (325eur)but no correct size for me.. I came here and see same jacket and correct size for me but no discount at all. Staff didn't help at all, not even check on their system. :(

  Grumpy cashier girl. Would not let us return a jacket at first because it smelt like food (had been tried on once and placed back in the bag- maybe she was just hungry) moaned that we were too late to bring it back when in fact it was not too late at all. We did return it as it was in perfect condition but she tried everything to prevent us giving it back. Try crack a smile next time!

  The store was very well presented and very tidy.... however if you trying to get any discounts I wouldn't recommend this store. The staff said they do not accept discounts as they are a "French high street owned brand", if you do wish to get any discounts you are better off going to the Berlin bikini store.

  The store has a lot to choose from however the staff is just horrible. I had to search for the item myself at least for 10 minutes and the sales girl didn't even offer help. After scanning the bar code at the payment box it showed 95 EUR and then she changed it to 100 EUR for some reason (official price on the North Face store is 95). And on top of that she couldn't even put the purchased item in a bag, I had to ask for it. The service is horrible, buy online or from a reseller.
