    Awful, I talked to agent and bought tickets, explicitly asked for two seats one next to another since I'm traveling with my wife. Agent told me no problem when got in the train then I realize that seats are in same cart but one is at beginning of cart other at the end. (Should have maybe looked at tickets but when you say explicitly to agent is it ok to have seats next to each other and she says yes! you kinda think you are not being openly mislead). After that wrote to customer support no reply whatsoever. Luckily there were two empty seats that conductor was kind enough to tell us and we managed to get a seat together but otherwise we would be far away whole trip. Trip was relatively fast train is very old first class in my opinion is really not worth the price, wifi if you manage to connect was at crawling speed I would really not recommend this service since it seems that if you have any problems their user support is non existent as well as courtesy of their ticket selling agents. It is my opinion this complete service needs serious over haul and I would use it only as emergency last resort.

    Fahrkarten nach und in Frankreich sind hier einfacher zu bekommen, wie bei der Deutschen Bahn. Das Personal hat seine eigene Art aber dennoch hilfsbereit.

    wenig hilfsbereit und abweisend trotz zweier anwesender mitarbeiterinnen und keinem weiteren kunden. schlussendlich wurde mir die nummer der kundenhotline in die hand gedrückt (die kannte ich bereits), ohne dass ich das gefühl hatte, mein anliegen sei überhaupt nur verstanden worden. zeitverschwendung!

    Nette Mitarbeiter, die leider nichts lösen können. Da meine Tickets per Post nicht angekommen sind, dürfte ich nochmals den vollen Preis zahlen. Die Tickets müssen dann erst nach Frankreich gesendet werden und man bekommst erst Wochen später die Erstattung. Leider war ich nicht die einzige mit gleichem Problem. Andere Lösung, Rabatt? Fehlanzeige! Darf erstmal mit kostenpflichtigen Hotline telefonieren oder Emails schreiben. Sehr enttäuschend!
