::I was looking for a jacket whose price I had been following for weeks. It cost 44.99 euros here in the store about 10 days ago! and just as much on the internet. I wanted to wait and see if it would be reduced later. Now I looked again in the store and it is supposedly reduced, namely from 49.99 to 44.99 euros, i.e. the previous price and therefore no price reduction. Nice try! Without me! The price label: Huge red reduced price label. What is hardly noticeable, however, is the tiny price label next to it, which is significantly higher and applies without a Tchibo card, which is labeled just as tiny. The price reduction is only valid with a Tchibo card... very few people will probably notice the small or tiny print right away. In any case, I didn't notice it right away... I was about to buy the reduced item... but not like that...

::I made a complaint here. My problem was solved quickly and easily by a very friendly employee by replacing an electrical device immediately. Conclusion: It's good that there are still branches and that's why I'll definitely come here to buy things here one or two times in the future and use the online shop less often!

::Was sent here at a quarter to 2 with the sentence that it was a quarter to and she certainly wouldn't make any coffee. If I had been there 5 minutes earlier, I would have gotten it. I was there for 5 minutes, even 10 minutes, but was not served because the lady thought it would be better to chat with someone else instead of serving me. Never again!
