::Eigentlich I would like to call and only give notice that the taxi driver should drive me to the station should never arrived. By the way, I was allowed to 'bite on' immediately by a lady, the friendly customer service and above all a civilized conversation seem completely foreign. She repeated every question countless times without the chance to answer and then pretend that I was having a hard time. ??? Very agrgressive, penetrating, yes associal I would even say. I've never experienced anything like that before at a customer service and am not at all surprised at the other negative reviews. When I asked the lady what her name was: "pff yes how hot I am, my name is Rüsch". Mrs. "Rüsch", I as a manager assistant of a media private school would have dismissed you with such behavior long ago. I hope it will help you as soon as possible. All the best anyway.

::THE VERY LAST!!!! Taxi pre-ordered there again BVG strike and what was not, of course? Why are they even offering that if nobody comes? Shit club !!!!!! The one star was only because I otherwise could not have given the rating. GRRR

::Never again with dice radio !!! The evening before, we ordered a taxi at 05.45 o'clock, for the purpose of flight. The price is 52 € and the taxi on time, the driver would be 5 minutes in advance. But there was no taxi. We called the head office and the true very outrageous ... that could happen, Köpenick just not just around the corner blabla etc. 30min late came the driver and knew the night before NOTHING from us !! She was very friendly and gave gas. But the fare was finally over 60 €. Not a good holiday start. Never again with those, a star is still too much.

::Never wrote a review before though once again had the most unfriendly person on the phone (a man on the night of September 15-16 ... just in case the boss reads this and wonders why sales are falling). You almost feel sorry for wanting a taxi. Since I am not alone with my experience, I don't have to write a lot. Just stay away from this company (Even though my driver was friendly) ... but the guy in the head office ... doesn't work at all

::If their drivers are anything to go by, this Taxi service is an absolute disgrace. I haven´t used their services, but I never will either. They got my attention by parking their taxi across 2 (TWO!!) handicapped spots. Made some photos, but can´t upload them I think.
