::Hello , Yesterday I went to the Targobank branch in Göppingen with my partner to open an account and had some pretty bad experiences that I would like to share with you in the hope that situations like this don't happen again. In the first phase he told me that he would not open a bank account for me because I had to pass the probationary period first. I understood it and it wasn't a problem. What seemed strange to my partner, he told him in the first phase that it was fine and that he had been at his job for more than 1 year, my partner had already been at the same job for 3 years. After the advisor (Mr. Berger) entered all the information, he told us that the head office did not agree with the entry, he got up from his chair and said he would call the head office. After a short while he came back and said that the headquarters did not agree with the entry date. It is logical that it was a lie because I don't think Targobank has customers who have worked in one job for more than three years. All this time he tried to explain to us that the headquarters did not agree to this. We both came to the Schufa appointment (positive), so there would be no reason, and if there was a reason, none (employee entry). So it's clear to me that something happened, but he was able to tell us, not lie, that head office wants customers to work at the same job for many years, whereas a few minutes ago he told me that I just had to do that pass the probationary period. Therefore I do not recommend it at all and will file a complaint with the head office.
