  For a long time I thought about which bank I should go to after only having problems and headaches from my previous one. Since my father has been with Targobank for over 20 years and has had absolutely no problems - on the contrary, only advantages - I decided on Targobank. An appointment was made quickly and I received a very friendly welcome from Mr. Adler. Not only was my switch from one bank to the other completed in just a few minutes, cancellation was planned and submitted to the previous bank, but all direct debits were also taken over so that I didn't have to do anything at all. Admittedly, I didn't really know much about insurance and pensions, and had never had the desire to deal with it. Still, I wondered what it was all about and wanted to know more about it. Upon request, Mr. Adler explained it to me in complete detail and in an understandable way, and showed me how it would influence my future using several examples. Only then did I really realize how important it is. I can only advise everyone to take it to heart and make an appointment to plan their future safely and securely. Together we chose the right one for me. A big thank you again for that! :-) If I were to mention the advantages of Targobank here, I would sit and type until tomorrow evening. I'm more than happy to be at Targobank, finally a bank where I feel comfortable! :-)

  Unfortunately, there was no option to deposit money at the ATM. A very friendly employee pointed out the possibility of depositing money into DM using a printout she had created. Everything was done very competently and friendly. Top service. Thanks.

  It's a shame I went to the Targo Bank today to withdraw money, it was probably nothing with the reopening on June 1st, 23 and the sad thing is that there was no letter about it. My son and I have been paying the Targobank in Eschweiler every month since then to get money from others To withdraw from banks, we don't have the opportunity to drive to Alsdorf or Aachen, other banks have managed to set up a container for their customers, why Targobank doesn't, customer-friendly is something else for me
