  Do not get put off my the location and the stairs, the moment you open the door and step in, it is a totally different world. It is nicely done and I found it clean. I tried a Hamam in Istanbul and I was happier with my Berlin experience. The receptionist is friendly. I went their with a friend and we spent more than three hours in steam bath and sitting down to talk and enjoy the breaks. The scrubbing was great. You should try to get the quieter room for more privacy. The scrubbers to chat with each other while working. I would recommend going with a friend.   Sehr schön,perfekter Ort zum entspannen, super nettes Personal..Sehr sauber und Termine werden eingehalten. Sehr empfehlenswert ist das Ganzkörperpeeling +Einseifen. Mit wenig Geld kann man echt ein super Erlebnis dort haben und kommt wie ein Baby da wieder heraus.

  Ich war gestern zum ersten Mal dort und bin total entspannt rausgekommen. Sehr nettes Personal, liebevolle Einrichtung und eine sehr angenehme Ruhe. Was mir sehr positiv aufgefallen ist, dass die Leute sehr rücksichsvoll sind. Keine lauten Gespräche, wie es oft üblich ist. Was ich sehr vermisst habe: frische Luft! Es gibt leider keinen Outdoorbereich. Bei der Einweisung hätte ich mir als Neuling gewünscht, dass man erklärt, was ich mit der Schüssel mache, was für eine Unterlage man nehmen sollte, wie lange man in der Dampfsauna verweilen sollte und wieviel Saunagänge empfohlen werden. Egal, es war eine gute Erfahrung und man sollte das Sultan Hamam auf jeden Fall mal probiert haben.

  Ich besuche das Hamam schon seit mehreren Jahren und bin vollends zufrieden. Das Personal ist immer sehr nett und freundlich. Vielen Dank :)

  Had a wonderful experience today--beautiful surroundings, attentive and helpful staff, and a very lovely scrub and massage! The spa rooms and treatments were wonderful and felt very clean, and when my partner unexpectedly had to miss his treatment they were kind enough to give us a voucher for next time. I will definitely be going back!
