::We went to the practice today for a check-up with my sons (3 and 5). At first they both got eye drops, which surprised me, before they did an eye test. Then we waited exactly 2 hours and unfortunately came to the doctor, Dr. Verica Stankovic. She said that the eye drops were unnecessary today and that we need to make a new appointment for an eye test. Of course I told her that I didn't think it was okay because my children had waited so long and their vision was blurry. Instead of apologizing, the doctor also said that if we are not satisfied, we should go somewhere else because she treats 60 patients a day! Sorry, but that's not my problem. The medical assistants were all very welcoming, I would like to thank you for that!

::Wanted an appointment for my 4-year-old child because we got a referral from the pediatrician. The “lady” on the phone was so dismissive because she only has appointments available from January/February and with visual school only from March '24! For much it wouldn't be an issue to wait and see as the pediatrician didn't recommend anything urgent. But several times she said, how are we supposed to inform us and the appointments are so late, if it's urgent we have to look for something else and it doesn't make sense to make an appointment. So as a parent and pediatrician, we must have talked about the urgency, but she didn't want to understand that and blocked it every time! When I said we would look for another eye doctor if she wasn't ready to make an appointment, she just said OK! So you should have some humanity and friendliness as your first contact person.

::I've been here for years and have always been very satisfied. I absolutely love this practice! Dr. Verica Stankovic (ophthalmologist) took her time and... Findings explained objectively and understandably. From start to finish, the patient in the treatment room feels like they are the absolute most important thing. I can recommend this practice with a clear conscience.

::Got an appointment quickly. The waiting time was about 15 minutes (including filling out the Corona form and initial medical history) so it was really okay. It asks about vaccination status, which surprised me a bit. Otherwise, the doctor and the staff were very friendly and courteous and seemed competent. You don't have to ring the bell to get to the outside entrance. The practice is on the first floor, so go past a closed dark door (floor 0.5) and simply enter at the first glass door.
