    我在德国申通寄过两个包裹。一个包裹的食品碎了，另一个包裹两个全新的铸铁锅因打包运输问题出现漆磕掉了，而且有裂痕。国内收件人当场拒收，快递员则误导让其签“外包完整”。事后找他们客服，却以收件人写了“外包完整”，不予理赔！谁都知道这是为了推卸责任故意的。寄个花瓶，外箱完整，就能证明里面东西没坏？提醒：寄东西时，一定要搜集好足够的证据以便日后维权！Ich habe bei ihnen zwei neu angeschaffte gusseiserne Töpfe aufgegeben. Die Töpfe wurden in einwandfreiem Zustand bei Ihnen zur Verpackung und zum Versand gebracht, kamen allerdings in China an ihrem Bestimmungsort beschädigt an.Die Schäden sind offenbar auf starke mechanische Einwirkungen auf dem Transport zurückzuführen.Der Briefträger ließ aber Empfänger darüber schreiben, “der Karton draußen ist unbeschädigt” .Ich verlangte sie,den Schaden zu zahlen,aber gab keine günstige Antwort.Ich betraue zuletzt meinen Anwalt,es zu behandeln.Hinweis:Wenn Sie etwas senden würden,sollten Sie genug Beweise sammeln.
