::I have been a patient in this practice for several years and have been to Dr. However, Mertes rarely has contact because he is usually stressed. However, Mr. Lopopolo is the best dentist I have ever had! He takes the necessary time to look closely, looks for a solution to every problem and works with absolutely unbeatable accuracy. He focuses 100% on the patient. For the first time I had a pain-free one!!! Root canal treatment. I always felt like I was in good hands with all of the helpers. “Laura” and “Jacky” in particular always think ahead, work cleanly and have an open ear. The atmosphere is so pleasant that you almost forget you are at the dentist. Arranging an appointment with Ms. Zaubitzer is always friendly and uncomplicated.

::The practice makes a very clean impression and there are almost no waiting times when you have an appointment. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I was given very good advice right from the start and explained every step. I was practically a permanent guest throughout the year. During the treatments themselves, if you did have any fear, for me it was the impressions, it was thanks to the Dr.'s very good empathy and calm charisma. Mertes taken. You were also given time to collect yourself when things became too much emotionally. Now after almost 3 weeks of living with the bridges, I have almost no problems anymore. It just takes some getting used to. I have to say that a bridge affects the upper front teeth. And even my nephew, who is a master dental technician, found the teeth to be very beautifully made. :-) He has to know. I can recommend the practice of Dr. Highly recommend Mertes! Thank you for the great job!

::I have been a patient in Stephan Mertes' practice since I moved to North Rhine-Westphalia in 2016. I am one of those who suffer from anxiety. But the entire team in this practice are just great. From the receptionist to the chair assistants to my Doc Luca, as I call my dental doctor, everyone is so kind. They have a very calming effect and I am grateful for their understanding and compassion. Now I had a larger construction site to deal with and there was the possibility of using nitrous oxide. Yes, I used it and I would use it again for larger treatments. I was relaxed, not afraid and the time flew by. Price-performance is right. And I just say thank you to the entire team for my new smile!
