  I had an amazing stay, rooms are very clean with airconditioning. Breakfast was perfect, very much choice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good corona rules, like gloves for breakfast and much desinfect locations in the hotel. 10/10

  Great venue for a wedding and wonderful service. Food was great, the only negative feedback is that the air conditioning was not working at the venue. It did feel very warm at the wedding reception. Apart from that everything was great.

  It's disappointing that even though I paid a high price for my room, I don't get to use the gym for free. Have instead been asked to pay 5 EUR on top per gym visit? That's ludicrous, especially for a hotel like this. I do understand the concept of outsourcing this to a third party, but please, where are the vouchers for the hotel guests? We are speaking Steigenberger here, not a run down second rate hotel.

  Loved the breakfast buffet, the staff was very friendly and the bed was excellent. At arrival we were upgraded to the deluxe room which was huge, with sofa corner, dressing and big bathroom. However for such a nice hotel I was disappointed not to find an ironing board in my room. The hotel bistrot also closed at 10pm which I think is too early (most of the menu being already unavailable at 9.30) parking for 13€/day is also overpriced.

  Lovely hotel with a nice breakfast buffet. Our room was comfortable, however, the air conditioning is centrally controlled and was turned off at night. It was quite warm for our taste, we even opened the windows, not optimal when traveling with an infant. The service was great. David, who was taking care of their pool area, was very nice to us.
