  Vintage and very clean. Had a pleasant stay. I wish they had a room with two beds as we booked but they could only provide a roll on bed. I might stay there again.

  We went to the restaurant breeze. Use to be a great place. Pathetic is the word today. Extremely slow service. Neglible veggie options. Boaring. Seems it will shut down. Do not visit.

  Best hotel in Frankfurt. It’s expensive though. If you think it’s old , it’s “good old” not “bad old “ I stayed here twice and enjoyed every stay more than the other.

  The staff is extremely friendly. When we arrived we shared that we were on our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a room that was more traditional but had an amazing view of the city! They even gave us a nice small tour of the hotel. Rooms are very clean and the beds were great, not super soft which was nice for us. There are stairs to the train right next to the hotel and you are surrounded by places to eat and shop! Very downtown. We did not check out the spa but it looks amazing! We spent 4 nights here and I would not have chosen a different hotel in Frankfurt.

  Had an indulgent weekend in one of the newly refurbished grand deluxe rooms. Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Staff were helpful and efficient, decor and facilities were great, and the entire experience was in line with the price. The Michelin starred restaurant Francais provided a fascinating range of flavours and dishes, and the couple's spa experience was exceptional. If you're looking for a luxury get away in the heart of Frankfurt, I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.
