::This was the first time I was disappointed at Starbucks. I have ordered cappuccino with pumpkin spice and was given latte. When I said I had cappuccino, not latte. The reply was: “that is correct, latte and cappuccino are the same” … seriously ?? I was really shocked to hear that from Starbucks employee! Anyway, if that would be true, then why having two names for the same thing???? Shouldn’t Starbucks remove cappuccino from their menu since you receive latte anyway, it’s pointless to have it there. 🤔 And we just might learn to live with latte and train our taste buds to search for coffee taste within the amount of milk or drink just black coffee to be safe ☕️ Btw, I am adding two descriptions of Latte vs. Cappuccino, where one is done by Starbucks as reference, but probably was insufficient during the training.

::Honestly, as I consider Starbucks a good place to spend time in while traveling, this time I was truly disappointed. First, I couldn't order any iced coffee in the middle of August. How ridiculous considering the tropical weather. Second, the restrooms were out of order. I'm not saying it can't happen; however, telling customers to go to the mall, which is closed on Sundays, seems funny as well.

::I like this Starbucks because it is very spacious. Located only 5 minutes away from the Main Train Station. I was treated in a friendly manner by the staff.
