  6 stars! I have used Stadtrad on many occasions; when I bought a bike on the internet to save money, when little things here and there broke or were not working as they should or, like yesterday, when my brakes were not working. I'm not bike savvy, I understand how certain things should work but have no idea how to fix things. It's already nice weather outside and, as one of those cyclists who generally only uses my bike in nice weather (like many, many others), I only realised my brakes were screwed last week and so took my bike to Stadtrad expecting them to say "come back in a week to pick it up". I arrived, was seen immediately, was dealt with in a very polite, nice manner and was explained in very simple terms what was wrong and how to fix it. Despite a large amount of bikes to fix, as my problem was quite simple, I was told to come back 30 minutes later and now have a perfectly working bike. As a Brit used to good service, it takes a lot to positively surprise me but they even went one step further and so I really can't recommend this place enough. Competent and nice staff and a very high quality, fast and also cheap service.

  Supernett, schnell und es wurde so nebenbei ein Problem mit der Kette behoben, dass ich gar nicht angesprochen hatte. Sehr empfehlenswert!

  Very kind, helpful & honest staff! I don't have good quality brakes on my bike & a staff member fixed them up as much as possible, but didn't charge me for it because he didn't feel it was up to his standard.

  Kompetente, fachkundige, freundliche, spaßige Beratung!! Dort möchte man einem nichts aufdrängen, sondern nach der besten Lösung suchen. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

  Do not go on a Saturday. It's a mad house then. Nice service, when the repair is done they send you a text. Terrific!
