::We tour on a motorcycle in Europe and booked a two night stay at this hotel on 16 & 17 July 2023. The hotel & amenities were fine and location was excellent. However, we found the Manager was less than welcoming possibly because we were on a motorcycle and he made us feel inferior and looked down his nose at us. He asked us to put our motorcycle in the garage but as we are on a tight budget we left it very discretely parked at the end of the layby and it was not impeding anyone else parking On the day of departure he took great pleasure in his surly, off hand and extremely rude manner to insist we pay for parking when we did not use your garage! He had many opportunities to let us know that he intended to charge us and we would have moved the motorcycle one meter further on! In the ensuing argument he told my husband to F--k off and was going to call the police on us. We are 67 & 66 years old & both have heart conditions, which left us both distraught. we have travelled all over Europe in the last 25 years and we have never been so insulted and disappointed. We love travelling in Germany and unfortunately the experience we encountered with this particular member of staff with stay with us for a long time. we will stay in Munster again but not this particular hotel.

::I enjoyed a lovely 5 night stay in this hotel. I was given a large, comfortable room. I used the fast WiFi without problem. Every day, very early, from 06:30 the rich breakfast buffet was open. The people were friendly and efficient. Lastly the location is beautiful and convenient.

::Have been here for twice and spent 3 nights at whole. For participatong business or academic events here seems to be the prior option for its perfect central location in town. Staffs were well-trained, multilingual and helpful. The room is simple but equipped with all necessay. Only note that staying in the rooms at the lower floor inevitably suffer from the street noises and the window only helps partly. I appreciate the current effort for environmental protection that the roomkeeping for longer accommodation should be asked, it would be even better if the hotel provided some bonus for the supportive customers such as discounts at the restaurant or bar if they don't use the roomkeeping service, which i have experienced in other hotels. The opions breakfast buffet is a harvest when comparing to the most 3-stat hotel if you are not vegan, because you definitely enjoy the multioptions for warm (boiled, scrambled) eggs, fried meat balls, bacons, sausages and the various cold dishes i.e. salted salmon, hams ans cheeses. It would be great to have some cabbage or other leafy vegetables at the salad bar instead of providing only pickels sliced cucumbers and tomatoes.

::Excellent hotel close to centre of Munster and The Christmas Markets. Highly recommended. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Hotel itself clean bright and comfortable. Definitely will be using it again next time we visit.
