  It's very tempting, but I've never really been able to get in touch with my advisors. The opening times now leave a lot to be desired, which is why I rarely come here anymore.

  Incredibly poor or non-existent service. It's hard to believe that the Sparkasse can still afford online banking in the face of growing competition. Some examples: - Several unsuccessful attempts to reach an employee via the service hotline - Advice via WhatsApp is a great idea... but if the response takes hours or days, you can just as easily write an email. Or maybe you should try a fax? - If you then make the long journey to the branch, the simplest questions (e.g. what the exchange rate fees are when paying in foreign currency) cannot be answered

  Mostly nice and hard-working, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. On the phone you are just brushed off by a lady whose voice and niceness resemble Walter from “the women's prison” and who is bursting with listlessness. Just work on your QM and then your customer service will actually be great.
