::Die sogenannten "Servicemitarbeiterinnen" sind unhöflich, arrogant und inkompetent. Das Management der Sparkasse sollte diesen Mitarbeiterinnen beibringen, dass sie ihr Gehalt von den Kunden der Sparkasse bekommen. Das es auch anderes geht, zeigen die Mitarbeiter*innen der Filiale Falkenstein. Hier wird man als Kunde behandelt, mit Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz.

::I am 16 years old and have opened a Giro Young account with my advisor who was super nice The next day I had a question about the store and the woman at the front desk was really rude so that is not very accommodating for the younger generation

::Most unfriendly customer service I have ever come across. We kindly explained our situation and asked for a service, and then were rudely told our request was silly and that it was impossible. Waste of time.
