::Dear Sparkasse Südpfalz, it's really a joke that you have to drive all the way to Landau to get cash. Machines in Billigheim-Ingenheim, Insheim, Klingemünster, Landau am SBK etc. empty! And not for the first time. What's going on with you? And it's not the first time this has happened. I spent over an hour yesterday trying to find an ATM that would still pay out money! It's really annoying and just annoying. You should really think about your structure and service.

::So this bank is the biggest joke of the century, I've never experienced that before! I'm a complete stranger here in this city. I wanted to go to the savings bank to withdraw money from an ATM. There's a sign at the main entrance in the parking lot that says the ATM! I walked all around this building, but there was no sign of an ATM at all. You can't get in there like any other savings bank! Please close this branch, it's an eyesore for Landau. Sorry.

::Customer service was a catastrophe, just wanted to resolve something and had to spend weeks on the phone afterward. Every time you were told yes, it would be passed on, but the certain person didn't get back to you. As a customer you feel ripped off here, although the customer should come first. I will never take out insurance or anything else through the savings bank again - you get zero help and zero support.

::Just like the head office and the branches - it was in Jockgrim - a really useless branch that can be closed except for the ATM! Disappointing - employees have no competence or decision-making power, so they are redundant. Everything in terms of service can be done much more easily online, a visit is a complete waste of time because the employees (in my case Mr. Ghetto) only enter things into your PC, which I can do much faster with online banking. Nobody has any decision-making power here, so you can really save yourself a visit - no advantage over all the bad online banks, just more expensive in terms of fees so that useless extensions can be financed. If you're looking for something personal, you've come to the wrong place - disappointing!
