::Unfortunately I can't give 3 stars because that would mean "everything is okay". And on my only visit here (I just wanted to hand over money at the machine) unfortunately not everything was okay: the Hlas entrance door is a little heavy and narrow, if you want to get in with a stroller like me, you have to do a little tricking around the door to get the car up and through without the child suffering permanent damage. But that alone is fine as far as it goes, nobody can do anything about it. But when a young savings banker in his smart suit stands right behind the door to have a loud conversation with the technician who is currently fixing the bank statement printer, and does not consider it in the least necessary to help the father who is fighting for entry and the Simply holding the door open, let alone a word of greeting to the potential customer (he couldn't have known that I only wanted "his" cash...) is a far cry from "everything is fine". Someone should take a further training course on the subject of customer friendliness...

::Supposedly offers a 7/24 hour hotline in which you are on hold for over 1/2 hour, but then they can't really help you. Why does this work at other banks and not at KSK? Although according to advertising "The best checking account in the region"!!! ZERO STARS for this checking account and this support
