::Actually a good branch, I think, but it's simply not possible to deposit cash at the moment... the machine that says "deposit/withdrawal" simply doesn't offer deposits. Most of the time only one of the two machines works, which is why I have made a few empty trips to this bank.

::My bank branch for years, the same one I grew up with. I've always been very satisfied and never had any problems. The advisors are friendly and explain everything to you as someone who has just turned 18, without trying to sell you anything. At the moment, with the renovation and under Corona conditions, waiting times are slightly longer, but the implementation of the requirements is well solved.

::The Sparkasse is located on Klosterstrasse, at the corner of Amtstrasse. It is flanked on one side by the New Apostolic Church and by the monastery church of St. Marien on Klosterstrasse. The radiant facade of the old (residential building?) with the small white tower can be seen from afar. What is striking are the round white window arches and the door area, which offer a great contrast to the reddish brick facade. The new extension is contemporary and spacious. The counter hall is flooded with light and clearly laid out; everything seems to be there, from the statement printer to the ATM and all sorts of advertising materials. There is a separate ramp for strollers and wheelchair users. The parking lot is located directly at the house and can only be reached via the official road (one-way street). The opening times are rather difficult for a full-time employee to use, but as an alternative we are happy to provide advice between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. by prior arrangement. I can only give this place three stars, partly because of the opening times and I haven't yet gotten to know the service personally. Allow me to make another joking comment. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the opening hours of the Brothers Grimm's Gold Ass. A pity ;-)
