  You call promptly at 9 a.m. and are on hold for over 10 minutes, you probably drink coffee beforehand, it can't be that you can't answer on time for working hours, we also have work and can't be on hold for 20 minutes!

  I don't normally write reviews, but in this case I'll do it now. I had a consultation appointment regarding the end of my training, my appointment was with Ms. Bayrak. As they say, first impressions count! Totally likeable, she was very competent, I felt taken seriously. I had a really interesting conversation about how I can best save and invest and about insurance (I had never dealt with the topic before). Thanks to Ms. Bayrak, I am now in very good hands in these areas. I can and will recommend her.
