::I am absolutely not enthusiastic about the savings bank financial institution, regardless of which branch it is. I have also had dealings with this financial institution professionally. What sets the savings bank apart: lack of specialist knowledge. So many people believe in the goodness of the savings bank. It is a bank like any other and, above all, just as profit-oriented. Reduce costs, the current company policy. The savings banks are reorganizing their customer business. There are so many new things coming to customers.

::The branch in Burgweinting is one of the worst branches in Regensburg and the surrounding area. I have been a customer of the Sparkasse since I was 16 years old and have always been satisfied (my Sparkasse was in Neutraubling). Unfortunately, since the move, I have had to visit the Burgweintinger Sparkasse more often. The employee has almost no answer for anything. I am sent to other branches even though I spoke to the Sparkasse on the phone beforehand and was told that I can do certain things in any branch do... you won't get any help here, a smile is too much to ask for and friendliness isn't very important either! I really have to say that the job seems to have been missed here (I'm talking about the employees directly at the counter).. it's a shame, I've been really disappointed for about a year. Maybe you should learn a lesson from Neutraublinger Sparkasse.

::I have been with this savings bank for many years. I am generally satisfied with the savings bank, but the branch has developed very negatively. There is now only one deposit and withdrawal machine, which constantly breaks down. If this is no longer available, the employees are no longer able to handle many matters help and just refer you to another savings bank. Even savings banks in smaller towns are much better equipped, something needs to be changed!
