::My recent visit to the Sparkasse Regensburg main branch on Lilienthalstrasse was unfortunately a disappointing experience. Despite the presence of numerous employees, my concern, a technical problem with my online account, was not addressed. In addition, I was initially ignored for a long time. It appeared as if the staff were either unable or unwilling to help me without a pre-arranged appointment with my personal advisor. In an era where online banks can often solve such problems with a simple email, it is particularly frustrating that the Sparkasse itself was unable to provide adequate support at its main branch. This experience leaves the impression that customer satisfaction and efficiency in this branch need to be significantly improved.
