::Complete incompetence of the employees. The employees do not behave in a customer-friendly manner and with an appearance of absolute dissatisfaction in their job. Request for professional advice was met with ridicule and an alleged "instruction" in "finance". I would absolutely advise against opening an account or a general cooperation with this branch to every customer NOW and in the FUTURE! Unprofessional at the highest level.
