::Basically it does what a savings bank is supposed to do; What really annoys me: get €200 from the ATM and two 100-franc notes come out. What should I do with it? You can't get rid of it at the bakery in the morning or in the café at lunchtime. It can't be that hard to provide a different edition...others can do it too.

::What a juice shop. It has happened to me several times at the weekend that I am forced to collect at least €100 in cash... Today it was also not possible to deposit cash via the deposit and withdrawal counter... “the function is currently not available”… how bad does a branch actually want to be? This is becoming pathetic dear Spar(at the service) checkout!!!

::Impossible ! 50 minutes of waiting at the counter to be told in one minute that the debit from the old savings account is not possible and that you should wait another 15 minutes. The employee was very disappointing because instead of referring the customers to appointments for correspondingly long conversations, which sometimes lasted 20 and sometimes 30 minutes, he instead unnecessarily took up the time of me and many other customers by conducting customer consultations at the counter, even though there was another employee was available in the branch.

::Before Corona I would have given 5 stars. But now, unfortunately only 2. If you want to withdraw money from your savings account, it no longer works. Unfortunately you have to go a village further or to Dormagen. My mother (84) can no longer use the ATM. This means she can't even withdraw money from her account without my help. It's sad how customers are treated here, especially seniors.

::So far I haven't had any real problems with the savings bank. However, the discussions were always very mixed. You definitely have to think for yourself and be on your toes otherwise it could happen that you don't get what you wanted. Park: There are enough parking spaces available. If you come outside the Sparkasse's opening hours, the parking spaces are usually full because they are used for other purposes.
