Competent, friendly and the problem solved confidently. This is how good service works👍👏

::Unfortunately, the quality of service in the Sparkasse Korschenbroich real estate office is just as low as in the less well-known brokerage offices. One or more viewings of the property are not a problem, but you don't actually need to ask the agent any questions about the property. She couldn't seriously answer any questions because unfortunately she didn't bother to research the property properly before selling it. There's nothing wrong with the friendliness. But if the only technical information you get from asking about the property is something that you can immediately see even with a layman's eye, then you wonder where the professional expertise is that you should get for so much money.
