    Absolutely unfriendly office management. I definitely want to keep the ladies at the counters out of it. They were always very friendly. But that cannot be said about the branch manager Pow….. At the time, I was bothered by the advisor images in the savings bank app, which I still find unpleasant and have no place in a modern financial app and time. Why should you see your “advisor’s face” every time (EVERY TIME) you open your finances? It couldn't be more ridiculous! In addition, I once had to hear from one of his advisors on the phone that I didn't earn that much or that I was one of the low earners (net income at the time was €2,700) and therefore my account model couldn't be changed with regard to the advisor's jokes. When he realized that I wasn't a credit idiot and that I didn't want to be in debt for the rest of my life in the foreseeable future, the service and friendliness level dropped to -900. Well... after everything was clarified with the branch management, I immediately canceled/closed the checking and daily money account at Sparkasse Neuss. Even IF I planned to take out an IMO or building loan one day, it would definitely not be from the Sparkasse in Lank! I would like to emphasize that my honest review does not refer 100% to the Sparkasse Neuss company itself, but only to the branch management and their advisors at the Lank-Latum location. If someone is planning to change/open their checking account or something similar, then I highly recommend NOT doing it here.

    Unfortunately, I now have another reason to report negatively about the Meerbusch-Lank branch. First of all, as far as the entire team at the branch is concerned, there is nothing to complain about. Very friendly, competent and hardworking. Unfortunately, there is once again a catch. Customer support. As I have complained about in the past (Ms. Menza) In December I received customer service from Mr. Schröck and a colleague (didn't even have to introduce himself). I have never experienced so much incompetence and arrogance when trying to resolve an insurance matter. Instead of giving me sensible advice, this gentleman only put obstacles in my way. I would still have to provide various proofs that were never mentioned before. It could have been communicated beforehand by telephone. Because I reacted somewhat angrily, Mr. Schröck ended this conversation immediately. You should know that I had the transplant four weeks beforehand, which means I wasn't in the best of health at the time. As a long-time customer (1983), I have never encountered this arrogance and incompetence either. I have sent a complaint in this regard to the board of Sparkasse Neuss. I don't know what this Mr. Schröck is trying to do or who he thinks he is, but I won't tolerate this behavior. The word customer care is in no way acceptable or justified here. I hope this will also have consequences for Mr. Schröck. With employees like that you can quickly ruin your good reputation. That wouldn't be good for the branch in Lanka either

    Although you can't expect any lucrative business with me here, I am treated very correctly and politely here. My customer advisor is extremely friendly and helpful. I would remain loyal to this savings bank even if millions rained down on me.
