::It's a shame that you can't give minus stars!!! Wrongful termination and not even a fair out-of-court offer! Absolutely customer-unfriendly!!! Customers with money are not welcome there... You absolutely cannot and must not trust this shop, contracts are being terminated unlawfully, there is no way I would and will never invest any more money there, you cannot and must not trust them!!!!!!!!!

::Apart from the “we can’t” “you have to take care of it yourself” and “we have nothing to do with it” there are no sentences from the customer advisors. The opening times are a joke and there are only two options for withdrawing money in the whole of Hann.Münden, and they are in the same part of the city, less than 500m away from each other. But many people have been using the ATMs for years and Sparkasse Hann.Münden is not interested in it, preferring to make its branch more stylish and take away the convenience of its customers.

::Other than taking money out of people's pockets and laughing cheekily in their faces, they can't do much. They take first direct debits from “unfunded” accounts (which they actually are), but book them back and put the fee in their own pockets. An hour later they then post the income on it. Typical, that's all I'll say
