::The Sparkasse doesn't even deserve this one star! As I have already said, there is only one machine for transferring money and one for withdrawing money. You have to wait forever for your turn. At least if you are very lucky that the machines actually work and are not out of operation for a long time. It really sucks what the Sparkasse bigwigs care about their customers

::Sad. There used to be two transfer machines and two ATMs here. Now only one at a time. Really bad. The branch on Liscowstraße was always a flexible alternative, as you can hardly get a parking space at the branch on Jacobsplatz by car during rush hour. An older woman with a walker from Hohburg was in front of me in the queue (!) to the ATM. She complained that there were no longer any ATMs in Hohburg and that she now had to go to Wurzen. Running. Especially for pensioners. At the Sparkasse, service is very important. The main thing is to collect full fees from the customer every month. Keep it up!
