  I have never been as impressed with the staff at a bank as I am here. Especially Ms. Demir, who took so much time to help with my concerns, although no one else was really so helpful to me. Ms. Demir is the picture of a perfect bank clerk.

  Today I met Mr. Jörg Boller at this bank location. He was waiting for me exactly at the appointment time. He was very friendly and professional. He did all necessary paperwork and explained step by step. Looking forward to deal again with this person at this bank location.

  Very competent and friendly staff, especially Mr. Yannick Ruder. He is always ready to help customers with a smiling face. The new location and atmosphere is also very attractive, especially large screens in every office. Highly recommended.
