  I was a customer of the Sparkasse for 15 years and then switched to another bank for a good reason. Unfortunately, a banknote broke and I wanted to have it replaced - so I went to a bank. The savings bank. And what should I say. Since I am not a customer of this bank, this "service" is not available to me. So for a broken bill, I don't get a new bill. In a bank. I then drove to the Volksbank, where I had never been a customer. I had a new banknote within 2 minutes.
